Belgian and international poker players know www.pokahnights.com primarily as the largest live poker club in Belgium. The club is managed by Pokahnights VZW, an organization with the social mission of promoting poker in a fair manner and making the game accessible to a broad audience.
The Belgian Online Super Series are the second project by Pokahnights VZW that will contribute to achieving the social mission of the organization.

the Belgian Online Super Series.
1. Introduction
By participating in the Belgian Online Super Series competition (hereinafter "BOSS") offered on BelgianOnlineSuperSeries.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms"). BOSS is managed by Pokahnights, based in Antwerp, Belgium.
2. Eligibility
BOSS is only accessible to individuals aged 21 or older residing in Belgium. By participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Participation
Participation in BOSS occurs through live and online events. Online events are hosted on licensed online poker platforms, such as GGPoker Belgium. Players must register and agree to the terms of both the BOSS organization and the online poker platforms used to participate.
4. Game Rules
The specific rules of BOSS are described on the website. Players are required to adhere to these rules. Any attempt at fraud or abuse may result in disqualification.
5. Privacy
Pokahnights VZW's privacy policy applies. We do not share your data with third parties and do not store any user data that is not publicly available (such as event results). The organization reserves the right to change the format and payout structure of the competition during the challenge.
6. Liability
The organizer is not liable for technical failures or any indirect damages resulting from participation in BOSS.
7. Program changes
The organization may terminate or modify the concept at any time without explanation in the event of force majeure.
8. portrait rights
By participating in BOSS online or live events, you acknowledge that photos or video footage may be taken. These images are the property of BOSS and may be used for promotional or other communication purposes on BOSS channels and the website.
